Constantin Gabriel Marcu has more than 20 years of experience in Romanian tax matters, advising clients on complex tax litigation, compliance and structuring.

He assists and advises multinational companies on a wide range of tax and business matters.

Constantin Marcu holds a law degree from “Nicolae Titulescu” University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
