Nicoleta Ioniță

Nicoleta Ioniță is a partner of the firm.

She is known for her wide-ranging litigation expertise, with a special emphasis on civil and commercial disputes, competition, public procurement and shipping litigation. She has extensive experience in conciliation, mediation and arbitration proceedings, advising and representing clients before the Court of International Commercial Arbitration of Romania.

Nicoleta Ioniță holds a law degree from “Nicolae Titulescu” University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
