Gheorghe Neagoe

Gheorghe Neagoe specialises in criminal law, litigation and arbitration, with over 30 years of professional experience.

He has represented companies and individuals before criminal investigation authorities and Romanian courts at all levels, in complex proceedings involving corruption offences, tax evasion, money laundering, setting up an organised criminal group, abuse of office, fraud and more.

Gheorghe Neagoe holds a law degree from the University of Bucharest and is a member of the Bucharest Bar and of the Romanian Bar Association.
