Ionel Ceaparu is one of the most experienced certified tax advisors in Romania, with more than 16 years of tax consultancy. He is an expert accountant and a member of the Body of Judicial Experts of Romania, the Romanian Chamber of Tax Advisors and the International Fiscal Association.

Ionel Ceaparu holds a degree in Economics from the “Titu Maiorescu” Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest. With more than 16 years in financial accounting, he runs Ceaparu & Asociații, a firm providing accounting, accounting expertise and financial, accounting and tax advice.

His services include court-appointed and out-of-court accounting expertise, valuations of movable assets and real estate, business valuations, divestment and merger services, voluntary liquidation, tax advice and financial accounting, insolvency consulting, payroll and human resources.
