Uluitu Aurelian Gabriel has a remarkable professional career, with more than 20 years of legal experience.

He assists and represents local and international clients in the automotive, banking, financial services, food, healthcare, education, insurance, media and pharmaceutical sectors. His litigation experience covers civil and commercial law, tax law, labour law, family law and enforcement.

He is a regular speaker and writer on corporate law, labour and employment, family law and other legal matters.

Uluitu Aurelian Gabriel completed his legal education at “Nicolae Titulescu” University of Bucharest.

He is currently President of the Senate of “Nicolae Titulescu” University of Bucharest.

He is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of “Nicolae Titulescu” University, Bucharest, teaching Commercial Law, Family Law, General Theory of Law, Civil Law, Civil Procedure, Labour Law, Competition Law, Consumer Law and Specialty Practice.
